The role

As a Business  Development Representative (m / f / d) you are the central contact person on the subject of digitization for our potential customers. After a really good induction, you will work closely with the Account Executive & Marketing Team.

 

Responsibility

  • You proactively approach decision-makers and managing directors of potential customers, arouse interest in the topic of digitization, and build relationships over the phone and via other channels such as email and LinkedIn (social selling)
  • You will inquire about and understand the challenges of our target group and, as an expert, convey initial approaches to how the digital future with the company can look
  • You understand the internal structures of our contact persons and help to place within the company and with the management
  • You will work cross-functionally with colleagues from marketing on new content (e.g. eBooks, videos) and agree on frequent customer questions. You will work with your account executive colleagues to improve our conversion rates and agree on the best further course of action for each interested party
  • You represent the company at various events at home and abroad as well as our own events

 

Requirements

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree and have already gained initial experience in exchanges with (B2B) customers. For example in retail, gastronomy, recruiting, event management, the travel industry or the like – industry or construction knowledge is not a prerequisite
  • In addition to German, you also speak English
  • Do you want to make a difference together and learn a lot? This attitude is the most important thing for us! It does not matter to us whether you have proven this in the past in sales, at university or in sports (etc.) – lateral entrants welcome!
  • You distinguish yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently, always acts proactively and wants to constantly improve
  • You are enthusiastic about the software industry and are ready to work with modern tools. If you already have some experience with CRM systems, all the better!
